◎ Cancellations & Refund Description:

Cancellations are subject to cancellation and cancellation.

If you want to cancel or change the booking, the relevant regulations are as follows:

Cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival date (excluding the day of accommodation) and 100% discount will be refunded.

Cancellations from 10-13 days prior to arrival date (excluding accommodation) will be refunded for 70% of the deposit.

Cancellations from 7-9 days prior to arrival date (excluding accommodation) will be refunded for a deposit of 50%.

Cancellations from 4-  6 days prior to arrival date (excluding accommodation) will be refunded for a deposit of 40%.

Cancellations from 2-3 days prior to arrival date (excluding accommodation) will be refunded 30% of the deposit.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival (excluding the day of stay) will be refunded for 20% of the deposit.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival, 85 Blue Ocean will be charged for full accommodation.

◎ special cancellation processing (due to force majeure):

The date you are booking, such as the location of the Blue Ocean or the departure of the passenger, may be affected by the typhoon.

Before the land typhoon warning is released: If you cancel, please cancel your reservation.

After the land typhoon alarm is released: Please contact us at EMAIL, fax or telephone and book customer service on the 3rd day (including the date). 85 BlueOcean will confirm, change or cancel your booking record as soon as possible.
